The main field of the enterprise's activity is the development and manufacture of logging truck hoists with hydraulic, electrical and mechanical winch drive, on different types of motor vehicle chassis, and also of those transported by a helicopter.
Hydraulic truck hoists PKS-5G, PKS-7G, can be applied in all kinds of researches of wells up to 7km deep with the cable O up to 12,5mm, and also in svabration works in wells. Along with hydraulic drive the enterprise produces specialized heavy logging truck hoists PKS-5G-GS with the increased reel for researches in horizontal and side holes of wells with the application of large diameter (up to 36mm) cable line with the increased axial rigidity. Hydraulic system of truck hoists is manufactured on the basis of aggregates of the leading international manufacturers and allows using machines within the broad temperature diapason: from -40 to +50 C.
Truck hoists with electrical winch drive PKS-3,5E (power up to 37 kW) allow holding researches in wells up to 3,5km deep with the cable O up to 12,5mm and are wildly applied in researches which control well development. Truck hoists for researches with autonomic devices on a drag wire O 1,8-2,2 mm are also manufactured with electrical drive. All electrical truck hoists have binary nutrition system - from the outer three-phase network or from autonomic generator with a drive from a power take-off device of an automobile of power up to 50 kW.
Truck hoists with mechanical winch drive PKS-5M are produced both in classic modification with dual-speed reductor 2SKC-4 and automatically controlled system of monitoring and control, and in transmission modification with application of differential transfer speed with additional electrical drive (1f, 220W). It allows to achieve low speeds of geophysical logging (40 m/h and lower), and to increase speed diapason of forced run of cable in well.
The application of microprocessor systems of monitoring and control in all types of truck hoists provides for unvarying speed of geophysical logging within diapason of 40-10000 m/h, digital indication of depth, speed, cable tension, ability to enter correction coefficient from a control board, to form quanta of depth, signals of magnetic mark and tension for registration. There is also a possibility to keep line speed of cable movement constant regardless diameter of twisting, to work according to a programmed algorithm, and also to enter limiting value of tension and depth with a delivery of warning signals and possibility of automatic stop of movement. The system provides for the record of parameters of calendar time, depth, speed of movement and tension onto the outer storage medium of 128 Mb.
Cargo bodies of truck hoists can be manufactured in solid-metal modification or from sandwich-panels. System of supporting microclimate makes it possible to use machines in various climate conditions.
The winch of truck hoists can be manufactured with a reel divided into two parts for two types of cable.
