The plant's history dates back to March 1971. It was then that the state commission accepted the first stage of the precision investment casting factory.
Tochlit Plant is a frequent participant in industry exhibitions and has been awarded many certificates and diplomas. The enterprise has developed, introduced and successfully operates a GOST R ISO 9001 quality management system.
In 2007 the enterprise began upgrading the precision investment casting division. This upgrade will double the volume of production and enable the manufacture of unusually shaped castings from various ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. We guarantee the high quality of our products and realistic timing of orders.
The pre-production stage from detailed drawing to the end product takes 1-2 months.
We specialize in investment casting using carbon and alloyed steels, grey cast and alloy cast iron. Our equipment ensures high precision of the cast sections and allows us to achieve maximum precision of detail configuration, and produce castings of 6 to 8 grade of accuracy with a surface finish of 10 to 20 microns, wall thickness of at least 3 mm, and a machine-finish allowance within 0.5-1.0 mm. For metal smelting and preparation of alloys we use 250 kg high-frequency induction furnaces. Metal is poured into the hot moulds using an original technique without a supporting filler. Most of the castings produced are supplied to domestic machine-building plants. The enterprise offers over 300 kinds of castings weighing from 20 g to 20 kg.
