Machine for Resistance Butt Seam Welding of Boiler Pipes With Miscellaneous, Shaped and Compact Cross-Sections MSO-1205

IELA.683264.003 TU
The machine is designed for welding of pipes and other items with circular cross-sections, made of pearlitic, austenitic, low-and high-carbon, and various alloyed steels. It is designed for use with items having a cross-section area up to 1500 mm
2 and an outer diameter up to 83 mm. It uses the continuous flash and preheat cycle welding methods.
It can be used for welding of various shaped steel sections, as well as aluminium and titanium alloys with a cross-section up to 600 mm
2. The machine has a through-type design, which allows welding both short and long weldments. It ensures high precision of offsetting and turning of the weldment axes.
The flash-off and heating drive is electromechanical and the clamping and upset drives are pneumatic.
