Automatic Machines MSO-100.05, 100.06, 100.08, 100.09, 100.11 for Butt Seam Flash Welding of Wide Strips

The use of continuous processes in melting facilities of strip cold rolling plants allows to considerably increase the productivity of such facilities and the quality of their products. The continuity of the process is achieved by installing the above types of machines in the head of the facilities for welding of the strips ends. The width of the welded strips is 700 to 2350 mm, their thickness — 1.2 to 8.0 mm, maximum strip cross-section area — 12,000 to 14,100 mm2, maximum carbon content
in the steel is 0.4 to 0.6%. These machines ensure high quality of welding, which guaranties continuous passing of the seams through all the process operations, they allow to adjust the welding duration with the facilities' work speed and have high performance reliability.
