Machines for Projection Welding of VAZ-2101, VAZ-2103, VAZ-2108, IZH-2126, UAZ Car Brake Shoes

All versions of these machines are designed for resistance projection welding of rims to webs during car brake shoe manufacturing.

The machines perform automatic feeding of the rims and webs from a feed magazine, attachment of the rims to the webs, rim bending, welding of rims to the webs, and unloading of the finished brake shoe.

The feeder magazines can be loaded without stopping the machine.
