Pilot Cables in PVC (KVVG, KVVGE, KVBbSHv, KVVG-ng, KVVGE-ng, KVVG-ng-LS, KVVGE-ng-LS, VBbSHv-ng, AKVVG, AKVBbSHv)
Pilot cables are designed for fixed connection to electric appliances, devices and assemblies of electrical switchgear clamps with nominal alternating voltage up to 660 V at 50 Hz, or direct voltage up to 1000 V. Operating ambient temperature from -50 to +50 °C
Available variants:
- With copper conductor in flexible PVC insulation and sheath without shielding: KVVG, fire-retarding KVVG-ng GOST 1508, TU 16.K50-083-2003, with low smoke/gas emission KVVG-ng LS GOST 1508, TU 16.K71-310-2001.
- • With copper conductor in flexible PVC insulation and BbSHv shielding (twisted insulated conductors wrapped in extruded or band flexible PVC, armour made of two flat galvanized-steel bands, flexible PVC jacket) KVBbSHv, fire-retarding KVBbSHv-ng GOST 1508, TU 16.K50-083-2003.
- With copper conductor in flexible PVC insulation and sheath aluminium foil shielding KVVGE: fire-retarding KVVGE-ng GOST 1508, TU 16.K50-083-2003, with low smoke/gas emission KVVGE-ng LS GOST 1508, TU 16.K71-310-2001.
- With aluminium conductor in flexible PVC insulation and sheath without shielding: AKVVG, GOST 1508.
- • With aluminium conductor in flexible PVC insulation and BbSHv shielding (twisted insulated conductors wrapped in extruded or band flexible PVC, armour made of two flat galvanized-steel bands, flexible PVC jacket) AKVBbSHv, GOST 1508.
