INSULATED WIRE SIP-3 FOR "ZARYA" OVERHEAD POWER TRANSMISSION LINES TU 16.K71-272-98. These wires are designed for transmission and distribution of electrical energy in overhead networks with the AC voltage up to 20 kV at 50 Hz. The wires conform to SFS 5791, SAX standard adopted in 1994 (Finland).They have a solid conductor with a flexible aluminium alloy conductor and a light-stabilized cross-linked polyethylene protective insulation.

The round compacted electric conductor is made of twisted round aluminium-alloy wires. The insulation colour is black.
The factory length shall be agreed upon at the time of ordering.
The cables must be placed and connected at an ambient temperature over -20°C.
Service life — at least 25 years.
